- HR Consultant: In this role, you will work closely with our clients, providing expert HR guidance and support. You will assist in developing HR strategies, implementing policies and procedures, and offering solutions to HR challenges. Strong consulting skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to build strong client relationships are essential.
- Recruitment Specialist: As a recruitment specialist, you will lead the talent acquisition efforts for our clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top-quality candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process. Strong sourcing skills, knowledge of recruitment strategies, and the ability to assess candidate fit are key for this role.
- Employee Engagement and Retention Specialist: In this role, you will develop and implement employee engagement programs, conduct surveys, and analyse feedback to enhance the employee experience. You will work closely with clients to develop retention strategies that foster a positive work culture and promote employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- HR Compliance Officer: As an HR compliance officer, you will ensure that our clients remain compliant with employment laws and regulations.
